A CIMA-qualified accountant who began his career in financial consulting at KPMG, Josh spent a decade at PayPal as Strategic Transformation Director, where he helped build the company's global outsourcing model — scaling the partner model to over 5,000 people, establishing sites around the world, and transforming customer services from a cost centre into a revenue-generating operation.
Prior to Covalen, Josh was at TELUS Digital where he experienced the partner side of the outsourcing relationship first-hand, managing some of the world's largest public and private sector accounts as a senior Account Director. This breadth of perspective has shaped his firm belief that true partnership — built on trust, transparency, and shared accountability — is the foundation of any successful outsourcing relationship.
